Probation ~ One Kid At a Time
Robert Rangel loves changing lives. The same passion and energy that drives him to be a good father to his two children enables him to act as a mentor to Orange County’s youth at risk. Robert counsels juveniles and works to prevent them from becoming habitual criminals. He provides solid advice to give them a second chance to become productive members of the community.

Robert’s passion was sparked when he worked for the Juvenile Hall in the 1970’s. He decided to explore his field by interning. Later, he went on to become a Deputy Probation Counselor at the Youth Guidance Center in Santa Ana. Robert is now working back at Juvenile Hall, the same place where he began his long career.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching his daughter participate with a local dance and drill team, the Guardettes of Orange County. Whether he’s being a good father to his two children or redirecting juvenile offenders, Robert is making it his personal mission to change his community, “one kid at a time.” For more information, go to here
